How to Use the Seamless Gutter Cost Estimator

Before using the calculator above, you’ll want to have a general idea of the length of the gutters being installed. If you’re replacing existing gutters, you can do this fairly easily by walking around your home and using a tape measure to get an overall estimated length of all areas with gutters installed.

For homes with no existing gutters, you’ll want to measure the distances of the roof edge on all level sloped surfaces where the water would run directly off the roof. If some of those are above other roofed areas, it largely depends on the size of the roof, but it’s always best to assume they do.

While you are measuring the length of the gutters, you’ll also want to count the number of downspouts and inside/outside corners that will be needed.
